Are your drivers properly licensed and insured?

All drivers cooperating with Continental Logistics hold proper licenses and insurance. To work for Continental Logistics, drivers are obliged to pass a TSA security check and be certified for operating a commercial vehicle.

What types of trucks do you have on your fleet?

Our company’s fleet is represented by vehicles such as cargo vans, sprinter vans, box trucks, straight trucks, and other vehicle types. Our fleet is massive enough to meet the needs of a great many companies that are in dire need of all types of shipping services.

What is the best way to pack my shipment?

This depends on the products shipped. However, the most time-proven practice is to have it packaged and then placed on a standard 40×48 inch pallet. Then, you should contract the package and wrap it for the transportation process to be safe. This optimal method largely helps you save time and money.

What do i need to do after scheduling my pick-up?

Make sure you have confirmed the pick-up time and the address provided is accurate. Also, you should have a packing slip of the freight shipped.

What if the driver arrives before my shipment is ready?

Confirming pick-up times will prevent you from being charged extra fees for the driver’s wait time. We recommend communicating the loading time in advance.

How can i track my shipment?

With Continental Logistics, tracking your shipment is as easy as 1,2,3 – all you need to do is call the number provided on our website or email the dispatcher who helped you book your shipment.

Can you transport any kind of freight?

Do drivers help unload?

In some cases, drivers can be involved in loading or unloading processes. It’s important to note that this service is provided upon the client’s request, at an additional fee, and should be requested in advance.

Do you load and unload only at a dock? do you operate a liftgate?

This depends on the equipment used. Some of our vehicles are equipped with a liftgate. Make sure to check upon booking.
